How to eliminate customers’ concerns about quality?

I know you may be worried about buying unqualified ribbons and ropes in China.

In fact, I really meet several customers who bought unqualified ribbons and ropes in China and lost money and time.

Such as poor materials/color fading/low-quality printing/unsafe packing, etc.

How do we eliminate customers’ concerns above?

We will arrange three types of samples for our customers.

1st Quality sample, during a negotiation we will arrange a free sample for customers to check quality.

2nd Pre-production samples as the standard of mass production. Only get your confirmation, we go to mass production.

3rd Production sample, when mass production is finished, we will arrange a shipment sample for final checking then arrange to ship.

Meanwhile, we will provide warranty service and videos of production and shipping service.

I believe you will get the quality ribbons and ropes and save time and energy by cooperating with us.
